Dear Chef Nitin, Thank you so much for making our event really special last night. Everything from the choice of menu to the preparations to the interactions with you were awesome. My guests loved hearing about your stories of traveling across the world and being inspired by the diverse cultures and cuisines. Dear WannaEat, Thank you so much for connecting us with Chef Nitin for our event last night. It was my husband's milestone birthday and I really wanted to make it special. So glad that you recommended Chef Nitin. I particularly loved hearing the chef's stories of his time in Singapore and how it led him to blend his Indian heritage with the bold, vibrant flavors of Southeast Asia.
