This Privacy Policy describes how YAPS Venture Inc. dba WannaEat (“WannaEat” or “we” or “our” or “us”) treat certain information collected or provided in connection with an end user’s (“you” or “your” or “user”) use of WannaEat’s website, www.wannaeat.com, and any other website, social media pages, or apps owned or operated by WannaEat (together, the “Site”) and any and all products and services provided to you by WannaEat (the “Services”). This Policy also applies to any Personal Information collected, stored, or used by us, such as information you provide us through the Site, by email, mail, or telephonic communications.

Retention, Confidentiality, and Security of Personal Information
We store Personal Information for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein, as we determine is necessary for business records, and as required under applicable law.

WannaEat is located in the state of New Jersey, United States. Our users primarily reside in the United States. The Personal Information we collect is stored and used in the United States. Therefore, we make no representation that this Privacy Policy complies with the laws of any other jurisdiction.
