Shaleen and I enjoy our morning walks (one of the best perks of entrepreneurship is having full control over our calendars!). During our walk yesterday, we came across some early Tulips and a bird’s nest. It struck us how much they have in common with growing a business like WannaEat:
🌷 The Tulips: Good things take time. You can’t rush a bloom. For months, the work happens underground, out of sight. In the startup world, "overnight success" is almost always the result of long seasons of quiet, unseen preparation.
🪺 The Bird’s Nest: Layer by Layer. A nest isn't built in one go; it’s a meticulous collection of small, sturdy pieces. Scaling a platform for us is no different—it’s built one chef, one customer, and one successful delivery at a time.
The Lesson: Real growth is organic. Whether it’s WannaEat, a Chef’s Brand, or Your own profession, growth requires the right environment, a lot of grit, and the patience to let the "season" do its work. 📈✨
